Prospective post-docs and graduate students should contact Professor Chisholm directly (chisholm at mit.edu). Graduate students in the lab have been enrolled in a variety of different curricular programs, including:
- Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering
- The Biology Department
- The Biological Engineering Department
- The MIT - Woods Hole Joint Program
- Graduate Program in Microbiology
- Graduate Program in Computational Systems Biology
For general information about applying to graduate school at MIT refer to http://web.mit.edu/admissions/graduate/. MIT undergraduate students interested in a research project should contact Professor Chisholm or Allison Coe (a_coe at mit.edu) for more information, and visit MIT's UROP site.
Below is a list of fellowships that are available for graduate studies.
These fellowships can be awarded prior to entry into a PhD program, and
usually pay part of the total cost of tuition and stipend for a fixed period
